If you're in a pinch for a quick V-Day surprise, why not make your own chocolate covered strawberries together? It's easy to do, and it's fun if you haven't done it together before. If you've never melted chocolate there are a couple of things you need to know.
1. Don't get ANY water into the chocolate as you try to melt it. It will cause it to seize up, and ruin the smoothness.
2. You can microwave chocolate or place it in a bowl on top of a pan of boiling water (But again, don't let any water get into it).
3. White chocolate can be used to make decorations :)
So whip up a batch of melted chocolate and get your strawberry dipping on! YUM!
