DIPLOMATIC EAGLE LOBED TRAY, SMALL

This small cobalt blue bordered tray is the original patriotic eagle tray. It has been given as a gift to attendees for the First Lady's Luncheon honoring members of Congress. This luncheon is a tradition at the new term of a United States President and the First Lady.
